As of 03/06/2008, the Oakland County Health Divisions Well Log System has been updated. We are continuing to address your needs as you work in Oakland County.
The following are the latest enhancements:
1) The ability to enter decimal places for the BoreHole Diameter and "Bags of grout" fields (for example, 5.5)
2) The "None" option is once again available under the Create> By field when creating a well log that is not on your To Do List. This will allow for the entry of Type II wells, augmentation wells, and other well types that do not have E-Health permit numbers assigned to them.
3) The Pump Info screen will now allow for partial tank information in cases where the existing pressure tank is used and not all information is available.
4) A second source of nearest contamination can now be selected, if needed.
5) Comments in the Plugging Remarks field for well abandonments will now allow for special characters (such as " and ' for inches & feet) on the pdf print out of the well log.
Note: Well drillers, not the OCHD staff will make the necessary changes to well logs.
