Oakland County Child Health Clinics (CHC)
Child Health Clinics (CHC) provide ongoing well care for children from birth to school entry. Oakland County families who do not have an HMO or Medicaid are eligible. Children must be enrolled by 2 years of age and will receive the following services:
- Height and weight measurements
- Head to toe physical examination
- Immunizations
- Lab testing
- Growth and development screening
- Counseling with referrals to doctors and area resources as needed
