Children's Special Health Care Services


Children's Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) provides help to families of children who have chronic health problems or disabilities.  Children must have a qualifying medical condition and be 20 years old or younger.  Persons 21 years and older with Cystic Fibrosis or certain blood coagulation disorders may also qualify for services.
  • Helps pay for child's special medical care needs
  • Helps arrange for supplies and equipment
  • Assists with referrals to other community resources

CSHCS is located in the Health Division Service Building at 27725 Greenfield Road (at Catalpa), Southfield, Michigan  48076.   Map
