The Oakland County Health Division provides immunizations for all ages in our Pontiac, Southfield and Walled Lake offices.
Immunizations are available for protection against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, measles, mumps, rubella, haemophillus influenza B (HIB), hepatitis A, hepatitis B, human papillomavirus (HPV4), meningococcal, polio, rotavirus, varicella, shingles, rabies, seasonal influenza, and pneumonia.
Hours
Mondays, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Tuesdays through Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please note the following:
- Parent/guardian must sign consent for children under 18 years.
- Legal Guardians must present current guardianship papers.
- Picture identification is required.
- Bring all previous shot records.
- Childhood Immunizations are provided from birth through age 18.
- Annual flu (influenza) clinics begin middle to late October each year.
Cost
Payment method is cash only. Fees are not refundable.
Fee is for vaccine only; there is no charge for administering the vaccine.

Oakland County Health Division does not bill insurance companies. If you have insurance, check with your health care provider for possible benefit coverage.
Fees are charged to individuals who are not eligible for federal and/or state programs that cover vaccination costs.
